We provide state required weekly compliance visits as well as services for opening facilities, pharmacy management, and preparation for state and federal regulatory inspections.

We are currently contracted with over 130 facilities in the state of Texas. We have an unparalleled knowledge of state and federal law regarding pharmacies.

We offer help setting up facility pharmacies and make sure they are appropriately licensed. For facilities that are up and running, we offer weekly consultations to help facilities maintain compliance.
We have significant experience with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, DEA, Texas Health and Human Services Commission, and other accrediting organizations such as JCO, DNV, AAAHC, and AAAASF.

Jeff Neale, R.Ph.
Consultant Pharmacist
Jeff graduated from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 1980. After graduation, he moved into pharmaceutical sales and worked as a hospital pharmacist at MD Anderson Hospital and Clear Lake Regional Medical Center. Next, he went on to run an independent pharmacy specializing in compounding before selling the business to focus on his true passion of consultant pharmacy.
He has 30 years of experience working with freestanding emergency rooms and ambulatory surgery centers and is one of the most successful consultant pharmacists in the state of Texas. His knowledge of pharmacy law on the state and federal level makes him an invaluable asset to centers. When not working, he enjoys playing tennis and helping his wife with fostering Golden Retrievers.

Consultant Pharmacist
Growing up in the world of pharmacy, Emily realized from a young age that she wanted to be a pharmacist like her father. Starting as a technician in her dad’s community pharmacy, she realized that she enjoyed working with medicine and helping patients improve their health.
Despite a detour of teaching high school for two years, she returned to the University of Houston College of Pharmacy and graduated with her Pharm.D. in May of 2021. Shortly after graduation and passing her board exams, she started working with her father at ND Consultants.
Emily loves bringing education into the pharmacy and excels at working with nurses on learning the ins and outs of pharmacy. When not visiting facilities, she enjoys birdwatching, horseback riding, and fostering rescue dogs.
